I know the feeling of trudging through mud that you're talking about.   I thought it was just my age and the energy, but it's good to know I'm not alone. 

Sometimes this transition to 5D is physically painful, sometimes uplifting.  But it's always exciting to experience,  simply knowing what comes next.
